What we collect

When you give online we collect your name, email, mailing address, the amount of your gift, and anything you add, such as the name of someone you are giving in honor or memory of, or a note.

How we use it

We use this information to send your tax receipt, to keep the records a nonprofit is required to keep, and to reply if you contact us. We do not sell, rent or trade donor information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Card payments

Card payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes to Square, not to us, and we never see or store it.

Who can see it

Only the Foundation's administrators can see donor records. Records are kept on a private server and backed up in encrypted form.
